Reed Hackers Tokyo consists of active professional reed instrument players based in Tokyo. All members perform orchestra solos while crafting reeds from tube cane, and since around 2019, they have incorporated density measurements into their reed making process. We strive to create practical reeds for performers by integrating scientific knowledge while honoring the importance of experience and sensibility.
