We provide a service that uses state-of-the-art equipment to perform 3D measurements of finished reeds and gauged canes, delivering detailed analysis results.

This service visualizes various aspects of reed finishing, including left-right asymmetry due to dominant hand or light positioning, irregularities caused by knife handling habits, and uniformity between front and back surfaces.

We create data sets for both sides of each reed as shown below. If you have specific aspects you would like to investigate, we will provide customized views wherever possible. Delivery time varies by season but typically takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
